Sales Executive | LOCATION Dubai
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to sell luxury yacht charters and curated onboard experiences. You’ll build and manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and close high-value bookings. This is a commission-based role, ideal for outgoing individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury services.
Key Responsibilities
- • Sell yacht charters and onboard experiences for private and corporate clients
- • Generate leads via networking, social events, and referrals
- • Manage client communication (WhatsApp, phone, email, meetings)
- • Create personalized offers and close deals
- • Maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clients
- • Coordinate with the crew and ops team for seamless charters
- • Attend events and represent Swiss Yachts professionally
- • Keep CRM and client data organized
Requirements
- • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- • Based in Dubai with good market knowledge
- • Strong sales and closing skills
- • Well-connected, confident, and social
- • Comfortable in a commission-based setup
- • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events
- • Experience in luxury sales, yachting, hospitality, or concierge is a plus
