By completing a booking and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Payment Policy\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 50% down payment of the total booking value is required for all reservations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking date.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 100% prepayment of the total booking value is required for all reservations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All payments are processed securely through Adyen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Refundable Payments\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All payments made are strictly non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 3 below.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds &amp; Cancellations\u00a0Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operational Issues: If Swiss Yachts is unable to deliver the booked service due to internal operational constraints.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Swiss Yachts (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, safety-related events).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. In such cases, Swiss Yachts will either:\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer a full refund, or\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a rebooking option at no additional cost, subject to availability.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Customer Responsibility\u00a0<\/h6>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details and ensuring timely arrival.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds or credits will be issued in cases of customer no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations initiated by the customer.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
